It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Elder Richard Hallock. Elder Hallock served as the president of the Kentucky-Tennessee Conference from 1992 to 2009 alongside his wife, Connie, who was a teacher. Elder Hallock will be remembered for his unwavering commitment to the ministry of the Church, his love for people, and his faithfulness to God.

A memorial service will be held at the McDonald Road Seventh-day Adventist Church in Tennesee on June 25, 2023 at 1:00 P.M.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Kentucky-Tennessee Conference’s “Touch the Future” offering, which sponsors worthy students so that they can attend Highland and Madison Academy and receive an Adventist education.
