How I Met My Husband: We met at a little evangelism training school (The Mission College of Evangelism). We quickly became friends and spent a lot of time doing ministry together. We ended up falling in love and getting married a little over a year later.
How I Became an Adventist: I met an Adventist woman when I was in high school. She befriended me and we became very close. Then she asked if I wanted to study the Bible with her. We started by reading through one of the gospels, and I was completely amazed at who Jesus was and how He treated people. I couldn't stop reading about Him or talking about Him. Then she showed me prophecy videos. I began going to church. My senior year I went on a mission trip to the Philippines and was baptized there. I felt called to ministry and went to an evangelism training school that winter.
What I Like to Do for Fun: As a family, she and Nathan enjoy hiking, rock climbing, paddle boarding, and kayaking.
