HOW WE SERVE

The Vice President for Administration of the Kentucky-Tennessee Conference is responsible for all record keeping for the conference – in consultation with the conference president and the executive committee. He also sees that all official minutes are properly recorded, maintained and preserved – in which are actions taken by the executive officers, executive committee, and actions taken at constituency meetings. He works with the conference clerk and treasury department to ensure that membership lists, workers’ service records, and sustentation policies are maintained and applied.
