HOW WE SERVE

The VP of Finance serves in a number of different areas. Through the budget process, the VP of Finance works with department heads, fellow officers, and committees to allocate KYTN’s resources to areas that will advance God’s kingdom in our region and beyond. The VP of Finance also works closely with the treasury team to make sure that together they accurately account for and protect all resources that come to the conference. This involves reviewing of financial reports and presentation of those reports to the appropriate committees and constituents. It also involves working closely with the General Conference auditors to make sure that the records reflect accurately the financial position of the conference. The VP of Finance of also works closely with pastors, teachers, camp staff, office staff and church members by supporting them in the work they each are doing to spread the gospel of a loving and soon returning Savior.
